Material Composition Options

Homogeneous Graphite

    Maximum Operating Temperature: 500C (dry), 650C (steam)

    Maximum Pressure: 40 Bar

The homogeneous grade is free from fibers, binders, or additives, providing superior flexibility that enables the gasket to conform to surface imperfections. This grade is commonly used in metal-jacketed gaskets, heat exchanger gaskets, and corrugated metal gaskets.

Stainless Steel Foil Graphite

    Maximum Operating Temperature: 500C (dry), 650C (steam)

    Maximum Pressure: 140 Bar

The stainless steel foil graphite grade, like the homogeneous grade, is free from fibers, binders, or additives. This ensures excellent flexibility for sealing surface imperfections. It is frequently used in metal-jacketed gaskets, heat exchanger gaskets, and corrugated metal gaskets.

Stainless Steel Tang Graphite

    Maximum Operating Temperature: 500C (dry), 650C (steam)

    Maximum Pressure: 140 Bar

Our stainless steel tang graphite gaskets are made from expanded graphite foil, reinforced with tanged 0.10mm thick stainless steel inserts. This construction provides outstanding pressure resistance and superior compressibility. This grade is ideal for steam system applications and flange gaskets for piping and machinery.
